Steph’s 5 Months Sustainable Lifestyle Transformation.

I’m the first to put my hand up and admit that before and after images are not the be-all and end-all tool of measuring our progress. It surely is not the most comfortable thing to do either 🤷🏼‍♀️ But hey, how inspiring is it to see how the body can change in a relatively short period of time? *Disclaimer: I always ask my client’s permission before I share their images.

Here’s a little taster of what Steph committed to during her bespoke 5 monthly transformation program.

Steph shared that she wanted to take on a bigger picture transformation, meaning tuning into practicing the type of lifestyle that was going to be possible for her to sustain for the rest of her life. So we adopted a slow and steady approach.

Steph is a mommy to two toddlers (without any caretaker support) and has a busy schedule around her beautiful and strong family.

We adjusted her nutrition to what felt attainable for her and only eliminated refined sugar and processed foods whilst focussing on correct portion sizes.

With regards to training, we focused on 3 strength training sessions a week and 2 high-intensity training sessions a week with me.
In the last 4 weeks of her program, she only trained 3 times a week max.

(Throughout the 5 month period, there were also holidays and sick days in between - real-life happened and that’s okay.)

During our mindset and life coaching sessions, we worked on her inspiring personal goals and she accomplished it with flying colors.

I don't believe in doing extreme transformations as I found that it's just not sustainable and frequently increases incidences of food-related dysfunctional thinking and injuries. I focus on slow and steady, lifelong results.
It's the perfect springboard to start you off on a positive and empowering journey towards the rest of your active and enthusiastic life!
