30kg (66lbs) Lighter. Laura’s story.

How Laura’s consistent tempo and “okay, let’s try again” attitude proved to be the reason for her gorgeous Glow-Up.

Laura exercised mainly in her home, 4 to 5 days a week. She committed to a combination of resistance training as well as steady cardio like walking and cycling.

As always with my nutrition plans, we focused on whole and natural food sources with an emphasis on green, fiber rich, and alkaline-based options with a healthy balance of protein, starchy carbohydrates, and good fats.

I spent time with Laura guiding her on how to make and purchase the best product choices at the grocery store, we did a cooking session together as well as going to a restaurant and working through the pre-and during- restaurant experience, as her traveling lifestyle included business lunches and meetings at cafes.

The magical part of my client’s journey always happens in the life coaching sessions where they work towards their personal, heart goals, something other than exercise and nutrition and Laura experienced incredible results in these areas of her life as well.

As I mention in all my client stories, I always encourage my clients to do a professional photo shoot at the end of our coaching journey, as it marks a specific date and event goal to work towards and we see it as a celebration of their glow-up 😉. Which “coincidentally” means that they also have content for the websites or businesses that they start as a result of the goals they set during our coaching journey.
