Meditation and Breathwork

For so many years I just didn’t get it. I couldn’t understand how millions of people throughout the ages raved about how they benefited from meditation, while all I ended up doing when I tried to meditate was either falling asleep or having a tortured think tank impatiently waiting for the time to pass until I can get up and rush into the day’s activities.

And then… three years ago I finally learned about the sacred source of meditation and what the true meaning of meditation really is. I also learned how to breathe, really breathe. Increasing the vital life force in this body. 

A whole new world opened up for me, learning about different types of breathing practices with an ocean of benefits that increases the wellbeing of mind and body. 

I liken breathwork to a broom, sweeping and clearing out the dust and debris from the room of our mind and bodies, creating a clear space for us to connect with the real Self, the Soul.

I used to suffer from long periods of anxiety episodes. For days and weeks I couldn’t face the world or speak to anyone, not even touch my phone, I felt like an anxious, breathing corpse. I carried deep shame and embarrassment about it because the world saw the side of me that was always “ON”, positive and encouraging to others, I didn’t even think about seeking help.

And then after I was Guided to breathwork, meditation, and the sacred science behind it, I started consistently practicing this ancient system and I finally learned how to manage the anxiety that I was experiencing. It’s with a grateful heart that I can share with you that since May 2018 I’ve not experienced an anxiety episode again.

I’m not making any claims that breathwork and meditation is a cure for mental health issues, I can only share my own experience with you, supported by the millions of lives transformed around the world.

I’m still traversing my own journey and learning more each day, but my heart is calling me to share this information and this beautiful heart-centered way of living with those who are seeking.
