I’ve created a unique fusion that flows from a mobility warmup with intention setting to a dynamic 30-40 minute exercise period to a cool down that includes breath work and manifestation visualization.
My areas of specialty include body composition transformation, fat loss, boxing, kettlebell training, TRX, HIIT, strength, and bodyweight training.
