A practical “toolbox” of mental and physical practices to assist you in your growth
12 Virtual personal training sessions
1 hour personal training session a week, over the course of 12 weeks, via Zoom to assess, support and guide you to train and move your body in the most functional and sufficient way to reach your physical goals
3x 4 Week training program tailored to your personal fitness goals and physique profile
Messaging and programming will be done via the Truecoach app and software

Through the course of 12 weeks we’ll co-create the Nutrition protocol that works best for your body and health goals. Your body and health has a unique blueprint and our intention is to create a lifestyle based eating plan that supports your health journey and is possible to maintain long term
Includes weekly updates to your individualized Nutrition protocol
Weekly accountability check-ins, covering your inspired actions for the week’s training, nutrition and life goals

One 40-minute Zoom session every two weeks to:
